Rehabilitation Services

Aloha serves as a powerful source of motivation for attaining your goals and pursuing your passions. Consider Trish Dole, an integral part of the Aloha team and our newly certified Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP). Trish is enthusiastic about sharing her CCRP expertise, which holds the potential to assist not only dogs but also other pets in their recovery from injuries or surgeries. This practice aids in maintaining strength, improving flexibility and muscle mass, addressing the effects of aging, and even preparing for various sports activities.

Our rehabilitation approach encompasses a diverse range of techniques tailored to assist your pet in attaining their objectives. From therapeutic exercises and laser therapy to massage and other specialized treatments, we customize the interventions based on your pet’s specific requirements. Through these exercises, we facilitate proper bodily functions, retrain gait, sustain flexibility, and target areas of weakness effectively.

One of the highlights of the program is the interaction between pets and their owners. It’s an enjoyable experience for pets to engage in playtime and bonding during the rehabilitation process. For aging pets, our strategies involving laser therapy to alleviate pain and inflammation, combined with a straightforward exercise regimen and other therapies, enable them to continue enjoying their cherished activities for an extended period.

Even active family pets like sporting dogs often encounter strains and sprains. We specialize in training these athletes to prevent injuries or assist in their recovery post-injury. Weight loss is another area where many pets can benefit significantly. Our rehabilitation programs offer creative and enjoyable techniques for pet parents to help their companions shed excess weight.

Moreover, our post-operative rehabilitation initiatives have demonstrated positive outcomes for patients recuperating from orthopedic or other surgical procedures. While sessions take place at the hospital, we equip pet parents with home-based programs that allow them to sustain progress between appointments based on their comfort level.

In essence, our approach promotes the long-term mobility and achievement of goals for your beloved pets. Whether it’s sustaining movement, attaining specific milestones, or recovering from setbacks, our comprehensive rehabilitation programs provide an ideal solution.”
