Mission Statement

ALOHA’s promise is to provide the pets of our community with the finest, personalized veterinary care and compassion, that reflects our belief that our clients’ pets make their lives whole. We will inspire the spiritual connection with you and your pets. And promise to enrich your life together with your best friend.

Our History

Aloha Veterinary Hospital (referred to as ALOHA) is a modern, full-service small animal veterinary hospital providing the best quality general medical care, preventative care, emergency services and surgical services.

But ALOHA is more than a word of greeting or farewell or a salutation. “Aloha” means mutual regard and affection, and extends warmth and caring. “Aloha” is the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence.

Dr. Mori has lived in several different cities and states. When she relocated to Mooresville in 2009 with her husband, they felt as if it was home almost immediately. Neighbors quickly felt like family, clients and their beloved pets feel like dear friends. The opportunities for connecting to this community are endless, and Dr. Mori takes great joy sharing her time and talent.

Dr. Mori’s dream of building ALOHA veterinary hospital is not one of self service but a deep desire to better serve this wonderful, warm community that has made her family feel at home. Her career has offered many different opportunities to practice in a variety of clinics. From private practice, to corporate practice. The experience at ALOHA will be like no other veterinary practice. It will be a place where your best friend wants to come visit and we promise to enrich your life with your best friend.

Fear Free℠ Certified

All of the team members at Aloha Veterinary Hospital are Fear Free-certified, meaning our care principles and elements of the physical building are designed to minimize anxiety, fear, and stress for your pet. Examples of this include exam rooms for cats and dogs, pheromone diffusers, soothing music, a high airflow rate to keep the hospital fresh and clean, and gentle handling. The result is a calmer experience for both you and your pet.

Cat Friendly Practice

Along with being Fear Free Certified, We decided to take an extra step to become a cat friendly practice. Being a cat friendly practice consists of creating a more calming environment and minimizing stress for cats, clients, and staff. Along with that, we offer exclusive educational resources for clients and staff

AAHA Certified

The American Animal Hospital Association is a non-profit organization for companion animal veterinary hospitals. Established in 1933, the association is the only accrediting body for small animal hospitals in the U.S. and Canada. We're honored to receive this certification! Only 15% of veterinary clinics in the United States & Canada receive this status.

9 French Bulldog Puppies that Dr. Faith Rouco and repro director Griff delivered. Congratulations 🍾

French Bulldogs should be active, intelligent, muscular with heavy bone, and compactly built.
History: In the 1800’s a toy size Bulldog became popular in the French countryside. Over a span of decades, the toy Bulldogs were crossed with perhaps terriers and pugs, and somehow developed the now-famous bat ears .
Temperament should be well behaved, adaptable, companions, and affectionate. #frenchbulldog #reproductionvet #alohavet #veterinarymedicine #mooresvillenc

She loves her snuffle mat especially when she is at the veterinary hospital. It helps alleviate stress, provides mental stimulation, and initiates sniffing and foraging centers of the brain, which is pleasurable for dogs.

Thanks for bringing in her snuffle mat. #snufflemat #shetlandsheepdog #fearfree #veterinaryhospital #aaha #alohavetlkn
